This block settles how far spin winnings travel before you can withdraw them, and what holds them back.
Boho Casino credits bonus money
Once the reels stop, the 286 welcome spins pay out as bonus money. That balance has to be wagered before any of it turns into cash you can take out.
Check the game list before you spin
Spins on Hot to Burn and the other named slots count in full toward the 25x wagering. Most other games add a fraction or nothing at all, so stay on the listed reels.
When your clock starts
Counting starts when the welcome bonus lands. From that day you have 43 days to clear the wagering on the winnings, or the remaining bonus is removed.
Work out your turnover first
Winnings carry a 25x wagering factor on the deposit and bonus for COSMICICEFIRST. Multiply what you receive by 25 to see the turnover ahead of you.

Getting your spins back on screen
Boho Casino spins and where they went
Reach for this list the moment a spin credit is missing from your balance or has quietly expired.
Wrong game on screen
Each offer is tied to one slot, so spins loaded for Fruit Party stay invisible while you play elsewhere. Reopen the named slot and they should sit at the top.
Use them before midnight
Spin batches expire at midnight on the day they are released. Anything unplayed after that reset is removed, so open the slot before the day ends.
Did you claim them?
Spins sit waiting in the bonus section until you click to claim them. If the balance shows nothing, check that folder and confirm the offer before playing.
Before the offer, after the offer
A nodep offer runs for 2 days from the moment it is credited, and the welcome spins for 14. Past that window the spins disappear and cannot be restored.
How it works
From empty account to played spins
After this you will know exactly which step to take and what to watch at each one.
Is email the only way in?
First you set up the account with your email address and a password. Watch the details you enter, because the name on the account has to match your photo ID later.
Typing the code in
Then you enter the code that belongs to your offer in the bonus field before or at the deposit. Watch for a rejected code: it usually means the code was already used on that account.
Making the qualifying deposit
At this point you fund the account from NZ$18 upward with a method other than Skrill or Neteller. Watch the amount, since a smaller deposit will not trigger the spins.
Your spins on the right reels
Next you open the named game, where the spins sit at a fixed stake per spin, and the count shows on the reels. Watch that you are on that title, as other games will not show them.

Before you tap spin
Read this before you chase the spins
By the last line you will know how a spin claim ends, in your balance or in support.
trustWhat happens when I use the spins on a different slot?+
Spins arrive tied to one named slot and cannot be moved. Trying a different reel simply leaves the balance untouched, since the claim only fires on its own game.
trustWhat if I want to withdraw what the spins won?+
Anything you win sits as bonus money until the wagering is cleared. Only then does it leave the bonus balance and turn into cash you can request.
trustWhat happens when there is a problem with my payout?+
Play runs under Boho Casino N.V., licensed by the Gaming Control Board Curaçao under OGL/2005/7544/400. Winnings from a licensed account are paid like any other cash balance once wagering finishes.
trustCan I take the no-deposit spins and the welcome offer too?+
Yes, both can sit on the same account. The 25 spins on NEONNODEP need no payment, while the 286 welcome spins follow your first deposit, and each carries its own wagering and expiry.
trustWhere do the spins for confirming my email show up?+
Confirming your profile releases 15 spins on Fluffy Favourites, and opening the offer e-mail adds 20 on Fishin For Gold. Both appear under your bonus balance, ready within a moment of the action.

Claiming spins never asks you to deposit again or to keep the reels turning. Boho Casino gives you deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion, and the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and the Gambling Helpline New Zealand are there when a session stops feeling like play.
Cooling-off periods. A pause you set in advance, so the account closes itself for the hours you choose and reopens without a conversation.
Loss limits. A ceiling on what one session or one week can cost, so a run of losses cannot creep past the figure you picked.
Self-exclusion. A block that keeps you out for the period you select, and the Game Exclusion Programme keeps venues in step with it.
